“Having watched an episode of Dream Kitchens & Bathrooms on Channel 5, and marvelled at the glass worktop that was displayed; we managed to find Fused Glass Design who fabricated them.
Having initially contacted these guys, we were regularly provided with assistance and support, along with any queries we might have had; always swift to reply and more than happy to provide detailed information.
We visited the showroom and had a lengthy chat with James regarding our needs, and details of size and design were discussed; and unlike most businesses nowadays a 'quotation' was calculated at the time...with no hidden costs.
Craig visited our home to take an exact measurement for the worktop, and further assurances and information was given. Dylan provided numerous designs and minor alterations to allow us options to tweak our original design; nothing was too much trouble. We were given updates as to the progress of the undertaking, and when delivery and installation would take place.
Dylan and Craig both arrived and installed our worktop....nothing short of magnificent, if you think the pictures in the gallery are amazing; then you need to have one of these sooner rather than later....it is the focal point of our kitchen.
I can honestly say the 'value for money' for this bespoke glass creation is unquestionable, especially when you consider this includes delivery and installation....it's a no brainer!
James, Dylan and Craig are totally professional and enthusiastic about their products, and so they should be; they are tremendous quality and unique pieces of art.
